Data Processing

Todino Tasks is a task management app. All data you create is stored locally on your device. The App does not collect any personal data and does not transmit any data to our servers.

If you have iCloud enabled, your data is synchronized across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud account, encrypted by Apple, and not accessible to us. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings.

Permissions

The App may request the following optional permissions:

• Notifications — to deliver task reminders locally on your device.
• Calendar access — to display and edit events in the built-in system calendar database alongside your tasks.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

In-App Purchases

The optional “Todino Pro” upgrade is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Third Parties

The App does not use analytics, tracking, advertising or crash reporting services. The only third-party services involved are Apple’s iCloud (for optional sync) and Apple StoreKit (for purchases).

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and export your data. You can exercise all of these rights directly within the App — view, edit and delete your data at any time, and export it in iCalendar (.ics) format.
